-Trauma: I help young adults/adults ages 14-50 deal with the challenges that come from any sort of traumatic incident and learn how to deal with and move past the effects it’s had on them. I especially love focusing on religious trauma, birthing, pregnancy or parenting trauma, sexual trauma, childhood/family-related trauma, and any trauma around sexual or gender identity.
-Peri/Postpartum: I help new parents adjust to the many changes that occur before, during and after pregnancy and I am certified by Postpartum Support International as a PMH-C. I also work with individuals who have lost or terminated pregnancies in a non-judgmental and supportive way.
-LGBTQIA+: I help members of the LGBTQIA+ communities navigate the specific challenges they are faced with on a daily basis. I can write letters for gender confirming surgery and have been trained by those with lived experience so that I can provide the most competent care for my clients.
