Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’ve decided to take the first steps to improve your mental health. I help individuals of all genders to overcome their trauma or issues with pregnancy/parenthood.

-Trauma: I help young adults/adults ages 14-50 deal with the challenges that come from any sort of traumatic incident and learn how to deal with and move past the effects it’s had on them. I especially love focusing on religious trauma, birthing, pregnancy or parenting trauma, sexual trauma, childhood/family-related trauma, and any trauma around sexual or gender identity.

-Peri/Postpartum: I help new parents adjust to the many changes that occur before, during and after pregnancy and I am certified by Postpartum Support International as a PMH-C. I also work with individuals who have lost or terminated pregnancies in a non-judgmental and supportive way.

-Consulting: I help other mental health professionals (or any other accidental business owners) get organized and motivated to help bring their business plan to life. It can be difficult to know where to start, especially if you’ve only worked in agency settings (or for other people). I help motivated clinicians define and organize their goals to help them feel more realistic and achievable. I know what it’s like to be stuck and I can help you feel more in control of this process. Whether it’s just a brainstorming session to get you started or developing a complete business plan, I am here to support you!
